The Dork Avengers
Two increasingly bitter nerds take a sideways look at the geek world.

TO THE POWER OF TEN! The Dork Avengers celebrate this milestone (Yes, we never thought we'd get there either) by playing with Lego and listening to the deranged ramblings of Twilight fans. Same old, really. Plus Pete reveals what he thinks of Nicholas Parsons, Dunk tries desperately to be normal, and both of them have their spirits sunk by Battleship. Oh, and there are absolutely no mentions of Power Rangers. Except in this description. Bugger.Issue 9.1 - Stand-Up Special!

With Duncan away "fighting crime" (playing Xbox 360), Pete seizes the opportunity to do a bit of podcasting on his own, and isn't very good at it. Fortunately, he's able to fill the remaining time with a special Star Trek-themed comedy set, recorded at Geek Night Out on April 1st 2012.Issue 9

BECAUSE YOU DEMANDED IT! Two old friends make a brief return (It's Power Rangers and Legend of Zelda, obviously) as Pete and Dunk pretend that they've been too busy to plan most of the regular sections.
This issue sees Dunk discover how low you can go at a David Hasselhoff concert, while Pete suffers the ultimate humiliation at the hands of his favourite local takeaway.
Plus we plumb the depths of Super Mario forums, and rage over Michael Bay's plans for the Ninja Turtles franchise...
Warning: Includes multiple Tommy Wiseau impressions.Issue 8

Exasperating eighth issue! The Dork Avengers Assemble on the balcony to play Statler and Waldorf as they review The Muppets, Count Duckula brings the internet crazy, and Pete introduces Dunk to Tommy Wiseau's seminal 2003 classic, 'The Room', and gets a few words from the man himself...Volume 2, Issue 1 (ie. Issue 7)

ALL-NEW! ALL-SIMILAR! Following an epic battle against the evil Apathy, Pete and Dunk return for more of the same nonsense that once got them to number 243 in the iTunes comedy chart. In this issue, they flirt with a Mission Impossible, get far too much sight beyond sight into a Thundercats fan forum, and Pete is subjected/introduced to Batman: The Animated Series. Plus: Find out how their new year's resolutions are going! The answer is badly. Diet starts now. Honest. The Dork Avengers New Year's Eve Spectacular

THE END OF AN ERA! As 2011 draws to a close, Pete and Dunk host a special basement bash looking back at the ups, the downs and the wibbly bits of the year, as well as making resolutions for 2012 which they will inevitably break. They are joined by comedian and Sherlockian Chris Brosnahan, who helps them review Sherlock Holmes 2: A Game of Shadows, and Dragons' Den star Hillary Devey (sort of), who doesn't. Plus the weirdness that is Pokemon forums, more horrific singing, and an end to the Power Rangers jokes. Pete promises. (For now, at least)The Dork Avengers Holiday Special

Ho ho ho! Pete and Dunk get into the Christmas spirit in this most festive of episodes, with a review of Arthur Christmas, a Santa-centric Forum Watch, and a look through Pete's well-thumbed copy of the Christmas Radio Times. And Pete and Dunk swap presents in a bout of Secret Santa that may change their friendship forever. Nothing will ever be the same again!Issue 4

Funky fourth issue! Pete and Dunk are a bit out of sorts, having been up all night playing a certain video game, but did the listeners compound their problems by making them watch Twilight: Breaking Dawn..? PLUS: The dark secrets of Pete's childhood revealed! Dunk tries to turn his life around with a visit to an art museum! Doctor Who fans gone wild! And Pete subjects Dunk to some Gokaiger; it goes about as well as you might expect.Issue 3
November 19, 2011 07:07 AM PST
In their thrilling third issue, Pete and Dunk take a look at the murky world of breakfast television (and the even murkier world of Keith Chegwin) when they review new movie Kill Keith, Sonic the Hedgehog fans and Monty Python fans battle to be crowned the craziest contributors to this week's Forum Watch, and Dunk tries to introduce Pete to LAN gaming; it was never going to end well.Issue 2
November 05, 2011 09:51 AM PDT
In their sensational second issue, Pete and Dunk brave the crowds (and the smell) to attend a Legend of Zelda concert, before putting on their 3D glasses (and promptly taking them off again) to review The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn. PLUS Pete goes on The Game! Dunk explains how to boil an egg! A trip to Community college! And the ethics of mutating your pet are debated by a bunch of Ninja Turtles fans...
From their basement in Ealing, super-nerds Pete Dillon-Trenchard and Duncan Heaney review the latest geeky film releases, and talk all manner of nonsense about television, comic books, video games and anything else that falls under the remit of being a massive dork.
